Taco Soup
Recipe to Keep You Warm
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
- ½ onion – finely chopped
- 2 c shredded Monterey jack
- 2 cans chili beans
- 1 8 oz container sour cream
- 1 can tomatoes with chilies – mild
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 bag corn chips
Brown ground beef with onion and drain. Add ground beef, all cans plus juice and seasonings to a large pot. Stir well and simmer for 15 minutes. Add cheese and sour cream and stir until melted.
Serve with corn chips.
