Caribbean Chicken Burger A Healthy Caribbean Twist on Burgers! Ingredients 1 lb ground chicken 1 can Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes with Lime Juice & Cilantro, drained well 1 egg, beaten 1/4 C bread crumbs 1 avocado, sliced 4 pineapple slices 4 hamburger buns Combine ground chicken, Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes with Lime Juice & Cilantro, egg and bread crumbs in a bowl. Form into patties. Place on grill and cook to desired temperature. Grill pineapples slices along with toasting the buns.
