Whole Foods Market’s newest area store is surrounded by office workers in high-rise buildings in Addison, Texas. They need to eat lunch and sometimes meet over coffee. Others are getting off Dallas North Tollway at Belt Line Road on their way home to pick up dinner. In any case, Whole Foods Addison has thought through all the needs for their customer. Here are my favorite features:
A bulk food department with over 244 grains, beans, cereals, seeds, nuts, and snacks; 30 dried herbs and spices; plus bulk flavored vinegars, local honey and freshly ground nut butters.
Gourmet Cheese Shop with 550 varieties of cheese and a Grilled Cheese Bar!
A cleaning label systems that educates the consumer on which products are more environmentally friendly.
Squeeze & Grind: a fun coffee and juice bar, which has a gorgeous custom-made Strada Expresso Machine.
Lastly, Whole Foods Addison connects with their community by partnering with North Texas Food Bank, a Dallas nonprofit hunger relief organization.
