Meet Kira Plastinina, a SMU student who is ahead of the game with her own fashion line LUBLU Kira Plastinina. Plastinina, who showed her designs at Milan Fashion Week at the ripe age of 16, has created a line for jet-setting and trailblazer women, much like the 21 year-old herself. I am in love with her LUBLU collection, which means “I love you” in Russian. From a yellow knit sweater with intricate detailing to a vibrantly gem-colored blue-and-yellow print dress, everything here is fabulous. Plus, Plastinina designs everything with only one Moscow-based assistant. Recently, she opened a warehouse in Russia, where more than 1,000 of her employees make the clothing.
