The Parking Spot Has You Covered

We recently traveled out of town and rather than pay the high price for parking at the airport, we decided The Parking Spot at Dallas Love Field would be a great option. The Parking Spot is now offering travelers up to 25% off parking as part of its “More Spots, More Savings” national promotion. With more than 37 locations at 24 U.S. airports, it’s now easier than ever to take advantage of low airfares and plan a getaway. Where you park matters, and The Parking Spot offers an experience that will change the way you think about airport parking.

The entire process is simple, convenient and affordable. When you enter the parking lot, you will pull up to a kiosk where you will receive a ticket to enter. You have the option to park in Covered Parking or in Open-air Parking. But, wait! They have an additional service – Car Care, where you can have your car washed by hand and even detailed.

Shuttles are constantly running and take you from your car directly to the airport. The drivers are friendly and helpful. They will provide assistance loading your bags onto the van and ask which airline you’ll be flying on to ensure you arrive at the correct terminal for your departure. They hand you a ticket with information of where exactly your car is located. When you return, hand this ticket to the driver this ticket, and they will drop you off exactly where you parked – talk about posh service. 😉 The shuttle is comfortable with leather seats.

When departing the parking lot, you’ll pay the cashier at the booth. The cashier will offer you a complimentary bottles of water, if you’d like. What a way to finish the end of travel! The Parking Spot should definitely be an option if available near your local airport.

I am giving a lucky reader a one-week parking voucher from The Parking Spot. Tweet to @TheParkingSpot where you would like to park yourself on a vacation along with the hashtag #PoshParking. The giveaway will end at 5PM on January 31, 2013.

Disclosure: The Parking Spot gave me a one-week parking voucher to review their service. However, my opinions are entirely my own, and I have not been paid to publish positive comments.
