Wobble Works Out

Have you “wobbled” lately? Don’t know what I am talking about. Let me introduce you to a line dancing craze called the “WOBBLE.” There is nothing like a good line dance to bring people together. You really don’t need any musical talent. You just follow the steps and away you go. You can follow directions like a “Perfect Paula,” or you can let it go and dance your heart out like a “Wiggly Wilma.” ย This song doesn’t just add life to a party, it is also a good cardio workout. It works the legs, glutes, and even the abs, depending on how you choose to do the dance. As Andrea Wise-Brown stated, “Bring your water…it’s a loooong song.”
