Treat Your Body to Honey
Honey is NOT just beneficial to your internal health, but it also add external beauty to our skin. Honey provides an all-natural alternative to the over-the-counter highly chemical beauty treatments. A natural humectant, it attracts and retains moisture – allowing us to have a glow on our skin. 🙂 It is also an anti-irritant, making it the preferred ingredient for those with sensitive skin. While we love experiencing real-deal treatments at luxurious spas, we also love creating the spa experience at home with fun DIY spa recipes when we can. Check out these recipes that were inspired by Amy Bohn of Spa Habitat in Dallas.
