If you’ve eaten at a food truck in your city, you may have contemplated the tasty genius of such an idea—and possibly wondered how hard it would be to run your own food truck. How hard could it really be? From tacos to burgers to surprisingly gourmet options, there’s a wide array of options available from the diverse food truck scene. The fact of the matter is that food trucks are typically much cheaper to start than traditional brick and mortar restaurants, but there are cost that you may not have considered such as fuel, zoning restrictions and INSURING this business.
