Garden Pasta Salad
Easy and refreshing side dish for a picnic or a BBQGardenPastaSalad

Ingredients
1 package tri-color spiral pasta
1/2 cup carrots, thinly sliced
2 celery stalks, chopped
1/2 cup each green and red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 lb mozzarella cheese, cubed
2 cans RED GOLD DICED TOMATOES, drained

In a large pot, cook pasta in boiling water until tender; rinse under cold water and drain.

In a large bowl combine carrots, celery, peppers, cucumbers, onion and RED GOLD DICED TOMATOES.

Chill until ready to serve.
