Paloma Blanca Ups the Scale of Tex-Mex

IMG_3360As you walk into Paloma Blanca Mexican Cuisine, you feel like you are transported into a neighborhood eatery in Mexico. The atmosphere is perfectly set, with no piñatas hanging from the ceiling to claim Mexican authenticity or zarapes on the table. La Paloma Blanca‘s menu includes a solid blend of Tex-Mex favorites and some traditional central and coastline Mexican dishes. When you visit Paloma Blanca, you MUST try their Ceviche Del Mar. Skipping it would be a disservice to you and your taste buds. Trust me.
IMG_3363For main course dishes, their Pollo Al Cilantro O Chipotle is pure decadence and flavor. Choose both sauces so that you can separate and blended together.IMG_3366We happened to be there for their weekend brunch, which I would suggest the Chilaquiles.
IMG_3364My kids throughly enjoyed Isabella’s Pancakes dripped with cajeta on half the cakes and syrup on the others.
IMG_3374What I also like about Paloma Blanca‘s menu is their nutritional labeling. Selected items are labeled F for lower saturated fat, C for lower carbohydrates or S for lower sodium. Health conscious Tex-Mex? Yes, that is correct. They also offer a Gluten-Free and Paleo menu.
