Letters Haven’t Gone Out of Style
One of things I love about parenting is helping my children learn through school. This week my oldest has project where she has to write a letter to someone from another state to learn more about it. This project got me thinking about a habit that is no longer popular – letter writing. The Berenstain Bears Never Disappoint
I love sharing books with my children, especially ones that teach great lessons. Berenstain Bears are my family’s favorite. Many (if not all) of these books are tightly focused on conveying a message or moral to your child. Celebrating Family
Having grown up with different traditions than my husband, one of the challenges was how we would blend our favorite holiday memories as well as create our own. Fortunately, we both love good food and enjoy spending time with family and friends. That has allowed us make the holidays our own.
