Why Verizon Wireless Means MORE
Sometimes more is just more. I must first open this post and say I am not being paid or compensated for the information below. After much skepticism and investigation, I was just sooo happy and excited to see a US Mobile carrier who is offer MORE to its customers.
This past week, Verizon Wireless launched its MORE Everything plan. My family is currently Verizon customers, so we were already grandfathered in. Verizon promises that it will “provides customers with more data, more storage and more international messaging without changing the current service prices.” But, it sounded too good to be true, so I went into a store to inquire more.
ME: So, when you say unlimited text internationally, does that just mean Canada or Mexico?
VERIZON SALESPERSON: No, you can text to anyone around the globe who has a phone that can received text.
ME: Really, like someone in Russia? In China? Anywhere?
VERIZON SALESPERSON: (nodding his head) Yes. Yes. Yes.
Wow! Now this is BIG news for us, as we have family and friends all over the world. Before, we would only communicate via email or now through social networks, BUT now we can text each other. Note: they may be charged a fee if their mobile provider charges for incoming text and outgoing international text.
Here’s all that the MORE Everything offers:
- Data: Some customers will see their data allowance doubled for the same monthly price they paid previously.
- Messaging: Unlimited international messaging will be added to unlimited domestic text, picture and video messaging.
- Storage: Each MORE Everything line can use up to 25 GB (or up to 250 GB on a 10 line account) of cloud storage from Verizon Wireless.
MORE Everything is available to new customers. Customers who choose Verizon Edge to upgrade to a new device will also be eligible for $10 off monthly smartphone access for data allowances up to 8 GB and $20 off monthly smartphone access on plans of 10 GB and higher. Bottom line, go to a Verizon store and see if MORE is just that for you.
