Chamberlain’s Steak Houses Amicable Simplicity in Fine Dining

Last month, Chamberlain’s Steak & Chop House celebrated its 20th Anniversary. I was invited by owner Chef Richard Chamberlain for a VIP tasting in honor of their celebration, and what an honor it was. When you walk into Chamberlain’s, you begin to feel nostalgic with the wood panel walls and the low lighting. It has grown since its doors opened 20 years ago with over 5 different private dining rooms and a speakeasy-esque feeling lounge, located in the back of the restaurant. Every time I have dined here, I am always satisfied and amazed how delicious every bite is.

Chef Richard Chamberlain knows how to prepare a dish bring out the full flavors with minimal seasoning or sauce. The staff is attentive and truly make your dining experience heavenly. On this occasion, I started off with the East Texas Raised Kobe Beef Potstickers drizzled sesame soy glaze.
