Bread Winners goes from the Blue Plate Daily Specials to five new Summer Salads. A new delectable salad entree will be featured daily:

Mondays – Fresh Berry Salad
Salad greens, baby spinach, sliced strawberries, fresh raspberries, fresh blueberries, grilled chicken breast, red onion, feta cheese, strawberry balsamic vinaigrette.

Tuesdays – Greek Chicken Salad
Salad greens, grilled chicken, tomato, artichoke hearts, kalamata olive, bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, creamy cucumber vinaigrette.

Wednesdays – Asian Noodle Shrimp Salad
Bibb lettuce cup, chilled honey-soy marinated rice noodles, snap peas, bell pepper, fresh cilantro, mint, sweet-chili grilled shrimp, crispy rice noodle garnish.

Thursdays – Mesa Chicken Salad
Salad greens, grilled chicken, roasted peppers, roasted corn, red onion, avocado, tortilla shell pieces, creamy roasted poblano dressing.

Fridays – Antipasto Salad
Romaine stalks, salami, fresh mozzarella, marinated garbanzo beans, sun-dried tomato, Peppadew pepper, red wine vinaigrette.
